Account information: Name, email address, and profile picture (when signing in with Google) or name, email, and password (when registering directly).
Team data: Team names, descriptions, event details, and settings you create.
Audio data: Voice audio streamed by hosts during live events. Audio is processed in real-time for translation and is not stored or recorded by Trubible.
Usage data: Translation duration per language for billing purposes.
Payment data: Payment transactions are processed by Stripe. We never store your credit card numbers or financial details on our servers.

2. How We Use Your Information

To provide real-time voice translation services.
To manage your account, teams, and events.
To process payments and track usage for billing.
To communicate with you about your account or service updates.

3. Audio Processing

Host audio is streamed in real-time to a third-party AI translation service (xAI/Grok) for translation. Audio is processed in memory and is not stored, recorded, or retained by Trubible or the translation provider after the session ends. Translated audio is streamed directly to listeners and is not saved.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

Google OAuth: For authentication. Subject to Google's Privacy Policy.
Stripe: For payment processing. Subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy.
xAI (Grok): For AI-powered voice translation. Audio is sent to their API for real-time processing only.

5. Data Retention

Account and team data is retained as long as your account is active. Billing records are retained for accounting purposes. Audio data is never stored. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.

6. Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (TLS/SSL), hashed passwords, and secure token-based authentication. Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe, a PCI-compliant provider.

7. Cookies

Trubible uses local storage (not cookies) to store your authentication token. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics cookies.

8. Children's Privacy

Trubible is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting a notice on our website.
